The benefits of mentorship are manifold. These include the ability to give and receive feedback, to be creative and to see things from another’s perspective. Professional mentor support is an almost unexplored practice in East Africa. This workshop therefore aims to throw some light on the mentor role and do a practical investigation with the participants of why mentorship matters.
